Experts in Regulation and Interpretation
TesTank embraces as a primary role the idea that being privileged to be part of your regulatory compliance team means remaining a principal provider of factual, accurate, up-to-date regulatory compliance information.
TesTank is in alliance with clients who have chosen to be in a business related in some way to the necessary stream of commerce we know as the U.S. Fuel Distribution System. We have observed that most of our clients are not in the dark about the magnitude of regulations that the government, with good intentions, has imposed on this system. Our customers are conscientious, good-willed, well-intentioned, and always learning. We have observed in our 33+ years that most of our clients display a great attitude and are taking their responsibility seriously to be in compliance with the myriad of related regulations. Our testing personnel are willing to answer questions that they are sure of, but are trained not to give “think so”, “uneducated”, or hearsay answers. Our staff is conversant in the Federal and State Regulations that have been followed, with their nuances. Industry-specific and general Codes, industry-recommended practices, and procedures are all a part of “how can we help”.
