The 40 CFR 280 (UST) and 40 CFR 112 (AST/SPCC) federal requirements for recordkeeping periods vary by type of document. A Facility Owner/Operator will find in these regulations directives to hold records from as little as 1year to the maximum of cradle-to-grave retention. No Problem.
