TesTank. Inc. has programs for and is providing UST systems Testing, Inspection, and Compliance Services for the purposes outlined in the Federal regulations cited. State rules will vary, but are unlikely to be less stringent than the federal ones.

PHASE - ANNUAL GENERAL OPERATING LIFE

  • Annual testing of Pressure Lines.

  • Annual testing of Line Leak Detectors

  • Annual testing of the Automatic Tank Gauge

  • Annual testing of Secondary Containment Sensors

  • Annual testing of Emergency Shear Valves

  • Annual testing of Emergency Electrical Shut-Offs

  • Annual Inspection Facility Walkthrough.

PHASE - 3-YEAR GENERAL OPERATING LIFE

  • 3-year testing of Suction Lines.

  • 3-year testing of Overspill Prevention

  • 3-year testing of Containment Sumps

  • 3-year testing / Inspection of Overfill Prevention.

PHASE - ANNUAL or 3-YEAR GENERAL OPERATING LIFE

  • · Annual testing State/County oriented Stage I Vapor Recovery

  • · 3-year testing NESHAP Pressure Decay and Vent Valves

  • · 3-year testing Bernalillo County, NM Air Quality Program (AQP)

PHASE - As REQUIRED GENERAL OPERATING LIFE

Purposed Toward: Suspected Release, Unusual Operating Conditions investigations (UOC). Replacement, Repair.

  • Investigation/Testing for Suspected Release, including interstice of double wall tanks, piping, or containment sumps

  • Investigation/Testing when a 30-day Release Detection method may indicate a release has occurred.

  • Investigation/Testing - Off-Site ImpactUOC*: Investigation/Testing Erratic dispensing equipment: slow flow.

  • UOC*: Investigation/Testing Sudden Loss of Product

  • UOC*: Investigation/Testing Unexplained Presence of Water in Tank.

  • Replacement of Piping - Testing

  • Replacement of Piping Secondary - Testing

  • Replacement of Tank – Testing

  • Repair of Steel Pipe - Testing (replaced steel pipe sections or fittings)

  • Repair of FRP or Flex Piping -Testing

  • Repair of Tank - Testing

  • Repair of Secondary Containment – Testing

  • Repair of Overspill – Testing

  • Repair of Overfill – Testing

PHASE - As REQUESTED UST GENERAL OPERATING LIFE

  • Helium and/or Nitrogen Troubleshooting/Investigations techniques for Tanks, Product Supply Lines, secondary containment, and Vent systems utilizing Helium and/or Nitrogen pressurization with precision gas detection equipment toward less concrete breaking for repairs.

  • Assisting your Contractor in troubleshooting Tank Siphon systems or other systems functionality problems

  • Temporarily Out of Service Tanks - verification of Liquid Levels, Vent system intact, openings secured from accidental use, Impressed Current Cathodic Protection system rectifier indicates ON.

  • Tank Surveys: Which end of the tank will water accumulate first (tilt)? How high is the STP intake installed off the bottom of the tank? Charting Tank numbering (in ATG vs in state registration vs marked on ground)?

PHASE - CONSTRUCTION

  • Prior to covering up: Tank/Line, Primary and Secondary Containment

  • Air Testing of Tanks or Piping

  • Witnessing and Documentation of Contractors' testing.

  • Troubleshooting and investigations: with inert gas pressurization.

PHASE - START-UP

  • 3rd Party Testing and Documentation when required for the Installer's final Certification of Installation to a STATE.

  • 3rd Party Testing and Documentation when required for the Installer's final Certification of Installation to an OWNER / OPERATOR.

PHASE - DUE DILIGENCE: PRIOR TO ACQUISTION OR DIVESTITURE There is no Federal and maybe no State requirement to perform. (Buyer or Seller beware).
